Upon arrival, Casa da Taipa is the first manifesto for construction in raw earth, a connecting thread between the memory of the past and the new life of the valley. The slow rhythm of the solid schist steps leads, as you climb around the house, to the bright courtyard where you can access the interior of the villas.

Organized on three distinct levels, the spaces of the villas are interconnected in a fluid and functional dynamic.

At the entrance, the dining area is located in a double-height area that gives it a unique character. On the lower level, the living area is organized around the fireplace and is framed by the inviting outdoor terrace with unique views over the valley .

On the mezzanine, which is more private, the bedroom area is serene and comfortable , with an integrated bathroom, where the large bathtub encourages a slower, more relaxing routine .

In the flattest cove of the property, designed between the slopes of the valley, Villa Terracotta stands in a calmer and more serene atmosphere, protected from the breeze that always blows along the river.

This villa consists of two bright double bedrooms and was designed as a haven of comfort and relaxation. There is also a shared bathroom and a very inviting open-plan living area. This space is built around a large central fireplace, which opens onto a kitchen area and is divided by a balcony area.

Several terraces flank the Villa in two opposite quadrants. On the entrance side, there is an outdoor lounge for those who enjoy contact with the sun.
